With expertise ranging from planning and development to complete construction, GSCC’s craftspeople emphasize excellence from the moment ground is broken.

“We can do almost anything in-house,” says Steinmeyer. “If we don’t like the way a wall looks, I’ll have my own finishers come in and reskim it. If the trim isn’t working, we change it ourselves.”

Helping the Community

We are so grateful to have had the honor of GSCC’s David Steinmeyer handing the Franco family the keys to their newly rebuilt home, which had badly previously damaged in the 2005 Hurricane Wilma. Key West Fire Department Batallion Chief Robert Franco has been battling health issues while continuing to protect the community and support his two teenage daughters. Working with the City of Key West and entire community of Volunteers was absolutely inspiring and a testament to the incredible community we have here in Key West. So many phenomenal local businesses and volunteers came together to make this happen. We are grateful to have been part of such an inspiring endeavor. We hope the Franco family enjoys their new home for years to come.
